CONSULTATIONS

INITIAL CONSULTATION: includes a thorough health history and assessment of your treatment goal. This time is taken to formulate the most effective treatment for you. If you have any medical reports or care plans of other practitioners, you are welcome to bring them along to your appoitments so that we can work in conjunction to offer you the best service possible.
Yes, you receive a treatment with your initial consultation providing there aren't any contraindications. From this first appointment, we go through treatment plan options that suit your health goals, time available and budget. If you are new to Cultivate Healing, please book an initial consultation. You will receive a new client intake form via email with your booking. |
FOLLOW UP CONSULTATION: provides a treatment to address your health and wellbeing goals based on your initial consultations and any new ailments you may have along the way. We will take time at the beginning of each follow up consultation to ask a few questions to formulate an appropriate treatment plan for you. It would be very rare for a one treatment 'cure' for both acute and chronic conditions and injuries but you can expect to feel some benefits from your first treatment.
Ultimately, your health care is your choice. If you are on a treatment plan to achieve specific results, this is discussed with each appointment and recommendations of rebooking. If you are a spontaneous re-booker, you're always welcome to book when you can fit it in with what you feel like you need, providing there aren't any contraindications to that modality type. |
